This synthesis tests the thesis that evidence for Coenzyme Q10 ubiquinol is context-dependent, separating outcome-specific signals from broader claims and identifying the evidence gaps that should bound interpretation. This paper synthesizes coenzyme q10 ubiquinol as an aging-related intervention across 63 included source papers and 3843 high-confidence extracted claims. The evidence profile contains 7 direct clinical sources, 24 adjacent clinical sources, and no sources classified primarily as mechanistic or model-system evidence, with 283 cross-study disagreements across the evidence base. Positive study-level signals concentrate in longevity, contextual adjacent evidence, mortality and survival, null signals in dosing and pharmacokinetics, contextual adjacent evidence, safety and comorbidity, and negative signals in cardiometabolic. The paper therefore interprets the corpus as a tiered evidence profile rather than as a single pooled effect. The conclusion is that coenzyme q10 ubiquinol remains a bounded geroscience case: mechanistic plausibility and selected clinical signals justify further targeted testing, while mixed and null findings limit any unqualified anti-aging claim.
